It's an exciting time in Loyalty at Morrisons, we're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our expanding team.The Marketing Manager, Targeted Marketing will lead the digital and non-digital targeted offers plan, managing the offer and customer value strategy delivered through personalised Direct Mail, coupon at till and app channels.
In this role you'll help define our offers strategy, from planning through to execution. The role is critical in delivering sales promotions and targeted value offers to grow loyalty of existing customer base, reactive lapsed and acquire new customers through different offer types. This covers reporting on performance and understanding this to feed improvements through test and learn plans to drive efficiencies.This role is also critical in helping to deliver sales driving activity.
This role is a highly commercial role so strong analytical and numerical skills are key to the success of the role. You will need to work closely with other teams across the business from buying to trade planning, to third party agencies to align on the offers plan and to ensure relevant for our customers.
This position is a 12 month fixed term contract and follows a 5 day working week, 3 days per week office based.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
Line management
Budget management
Leading, defining and growing the loyalty Direct mail programme.
Support in the development of the offers value strategy to ensure relevant and timely offers for our customers; translating this into an activity plan for execution.
Use existing customer segmentation data [and advise on enhancements] to develop and execute offers that fit for specific customer cells.
Ensure the customer experience is simple and efficient.
Follow and develop Targeted Marketing processes with technology teams to ensure organisational efficiency and control.
Follow processes with Finance, Customer Services and IT teams to minimise customer issues and complaints, and maximise relevancy.
Follow best practice to ensure all communications and activities are compliant with customer data regulations.
