They are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to work across all aspects of marketing including campaign and brand support, website management, portal management, content creation, internal communications, events and activations, community engagement and social media and general marketing support.
This is a hands-on, varied role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn.
Responsibilities:

• Drive brand awareness, resident engagement, and enquiry generation across a portfolio of residential developments
• Create and manage content for websites, social media, newsletters, and internal communications
• Coordinate events, activations, and internal initiatives to promote community and company culture
• Analyse performance data, optimise campaigns, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years' experience in a marketing role (in-house or agency)
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools
• Strong initiative and self-motivation
• Passion for marketing and desire to keep learning
