Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives.
Manage and oversee all aspects of marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Optimise website content for SEO, utilising tools such as Google Analytics and WordPress to improve search rankings.
Create engaging copy for various platforms including email marketing campaigns, social media posts, and website content.
Oversee social media management, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Utilise Adobe Photoshop for the creation of visually appealing marketing materials.
Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.
Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to present marketing performance metrics to stakeholders.
Foster strong relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance marketing efforts.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar position within a B2B environment.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing strategies.
Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and WordPress is essential.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and IT systems relevant to marketing operations.
