With a strong client base in East and Southeast Asia, we combine local insight with international expertise to deliver tailored education pathways.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to China and South East Asia Markets
Manage and grow the company's presence across key Asian and global social media platforms (WeChat, RED, Weibo, Instagram, etc.)
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns for school advisory, university placement, tutoring, summer camps and related services.
Create compelling Mandarin and English content (blogs, case studies, videos, infographics)
Coordinate promotional events and webinars targeting international audiences
Monitor campaign performance and compile analytics reports with actionable insights.
Maintain and update CRM and mailing lists
Oversee marketing budgets and coordinate with agencies or freelancers.
Ensure accurate localisation and translation of content for cultural and linguistic relevance.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities in international education.
Requirements
Proven experience in
sales
and
digital marketing
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Demonstrated track record as a sales executive, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Strong ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of Zhixiang's products and services and position them against competitors
Understanding of operational initiatives from a sales and marketing perspective
Demonstrable experience as head of sales or equivalent, developing client-focused and achievable solutions
Proficiency in preparing detailed reports, analysing data, and making strategic recommendations
Skilled in managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
Experience in a
fast-paced, high-growth
environment
Creative problem-solver with strong business acumen
Previous work experience in Singapore, China, or Hong Kong
and deep understanding of cultural nuances in marketing in these regions
Fluent in Mandarin
and strong understanding of marketing strategies and channels in Mandarin-speaking countries
Preferred Attributes
Strong network in Asian markets
Experience in education, cultural consultancy, or travel-related sectors
Familiarity with UK-China business operations
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Knowledge of UK education systems is a strong advantage
