We're looking for a dynamic, creative, and highly organised

Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)

to lead our multi-channel marketing activity and keep brand momentum strong during this period. If you're a strategic thinker who's equally confident rolling up your sleeves to deliver brilliant campaigns, content, and digital performance, this role is for you.

What You'll Do



As our Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in driving awareness, engagement, and growth across our digital and offline channels. Your responsibilities will include:

Marketing & Campaigns



Develop and execute a robust, insight-led marketing strategy. Lead creative campaigns, promotions, and collaborations across multiple channels. Manage end-to-end content creation and delivery.

Digital, Social & Advertising



Oversee all social media and digital platforms, ensuring strong content, scheduling, and channel growth. Manage or support Meta Ads and Google Ads activity directly or via agencies, ensuring optimal performance. Keep all third-party and partner platforms updated with the latest marketing activity.

Partnerships & Market Insight



Research and secure strong brand partnerships across relevant sectors. Conduct competitor analysis, trend tracking, and market research to inform decision-making.

Reporting & Measurement



Evaluate campaign performance and deliver clear weekly marketing reports with actionable insights.

Brand, Website & Content



Manage website updates and content optimisation. Support with photo/video shoots and oversee creative output. Partner with internal teams to maintain accurate, engaging collateral and brand materials.

Events & Agency Collaboration



Support with event planning and delivery where needed. Work closely with PR, digital advertising, and web agencies to ensure seamless execution.

AI-Driven Marketing



Leverage AI tools to streamline content production, campaign optimisation, and workflow automation. Demonstrate a strong curiosity for emerging AI technologies and a willingness to grow expertise in this space.

What We're Looking For



We're seeking a proactive marketer with strong creative instincts and excellent digital know-how.

Essential Skills & Experience



Proficient in Canva and Adobe InDesign. Proven experience managing and growing social media channels. Experience managing or collaborating on Meta and Google Ads campaigns. Strong copywriting and proof-reading skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have



Hands-on experience running digital ads directly. Experience supporting or coordinating photo/video shoots. Familiarity with HTML email content.

Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects. Collaborative, adaptable, and confident communicating across teams. Creatively driven with a data-led mindset. Enthusiastic about AI tools and new marketing technologies.
