What You'll Do
Plan, manage, and deliver rapid-fire campaigns across digital, print, PR, and events. Set the creative vision and push boundaries for Busseys' brand storytelling. Inspire and lead a talented marketing team, always keeping work fun and collaborative. Oversee content creation, from vibrant videos and web features to eye-catching visuals and PR stunts. Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and adjust quickly to maximise results. Collaborate with external partners and manufacturers for branded campaigns.
What You'll Bring
Minimum 3 years in marketing management, with a proven creative background Expert at handling multiple campaigns, with top-notch attention to detail and forward-thinking planning.
