Job responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Management
Support the Senior Marketing & PR Manager in the implementation and execution of 360 marketing plans for new and core products across key retailers.
Be the regional owner for the brand when it comes to launch dates, newness, assets and sampling.
Define campaign KPIs, budgets, creative development, and manage execution across paid social, in-store events, trade marketing, and retailer activations.
Develop and deliver campaign launch decks and retailer strategy presentations.
Partner with the VM team to implement merchandising guidelines, ensuring the brand looks best-in-class across all store environments.
Global Strategy Alignment
Localise and implement global brand strategies and creative toolkits, ensuring all executions are aligned with brand guidelines across UK retailers.
Work closely with the global brand team on timelines, key dates, and UK-specific needs.
Own and maintain retailer-specific strategy decks, ensuring consistency with global positioning while tailoring to local market requirements.
Collate and share competitor activity, trends, and pricing analysis to support in-market launch and pricing strategies.
Retailer Focus
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring marketing strategies are tailored to their channels.
In partnership with the Senior Marketing & PR Manager, develop annual budget and campaign spend plans, tracking performance and flagging risks or opportunities.
Create Criteo strategies to maximise brand visibility and SKU conversion.
Oversee joint business plans with commercial teams, including beauty boxes, GWPs, and sampling activity.
Budget & Forecasting
Ensure the brand marketing budget tracker is accurate and up to date, identifying risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with commercial teams to build investment opportunities by retailer.
Conduct forecasting and performance analysis for NPD launches, sampling, and gifting.
Manage the sampling tracker, providing monthly updates and flagging discrepancies or overspend.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with the Senior Marketing & PR Manager / Coordinator to maximise PR and influencer activity, including eventing and campaign launches.
Collaborate with VM, Education, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on forecasts, social activations, and in-store execution.
Develop cohesive sampling and NSG plans in partnership with commercial teams.
Profile
PERSON SPECIFICATION
6+ years relevant experience; beauty industry/brand experience strongly preferred.
Strong organisational and time management skills; proven experience in launching and managing marketing plans in a retail environment.
Ability to cultivate strong partnerships across cross-functional teams; experience working with global head offices preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Creative thinker and proactive, resourceful problem solver.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail in task management and budget tracking.
