You will be the commercial brain and the creative strategist behind our aggressive growth plans.
The Role
This is a role for a
Performance Marketer

Creative Director
.
Paid Media is our primary growth engine. Your main objective is to feed that engine with high-converting creative strategy and rigorous testing. You won't just be managing budgets; you'll be obsessed with why an ad stops the scroll, why a hook works, and how to scale winning concepts immediately.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Media & Creative Strategy (The Engine)
Creative-First Acquisition:
You understand that the algorithm favors the best content. You will drive the strategy for "thumb-stopping" video ads (UGC, reaction, demo) and high-impact static creatives.
Aggressive Creative Testing:
You will implement a high-volume testing framework. You'll be constantly briefing editors/designers on new angles, hooks, and formats to beat our current "Control" ads.
Platform Mastery:
Oversee strategy for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. You know how to leverage broad targeting by using creative to qualify the audience.
Feedback Loops:
You will bridge the gap between data and design. You can look at a campaign with a low CTR and immediately tell the creative team whythe hook failed and how to fix it.
2. Commercial Strategy & Financials
Own the P&L:
You are responsible for the profitability of our marketing spend. You will track blended ROAS, MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio), and Contribution Margin daily.
Forecasting:
Work with leadership to set aggressive but achievable monthly targets based on inventory levels and seasonality (e.g., maximizing Black Friday or "New Year, New Me").
3. Retention & Lifecycle Marketing (Email)
Maximize LTV:
You know that acquiring a customer is only half the battle. You will leverage
Klaviyo
(or similar) to turn one-time buyers into loyal Lumi advocates.
Flows & Campaigns:
Oversee the strategy for welcome series, abandoned carts, and post-purchase flows to squeeze maximum revenue from every lead.
What We're Looking For
The "Trader" Mentality:
You enjoy the fast pace of trading. You can spot a winning product or ad trend in the morning and have budget scaled behind it by the afternoon.
Creative Fluency:
You don't need to be a video editor, but you must know what a "winning ad" looks like. You understand pacing, hooks, overlay text, and direct response copywriting.
Paid Social Expert:
Deep understanding of the current Meta/TikTok landscape. You know that "media buying" today is less about button pushing and more about feeding the pixel with great content.
Data-Driven:
Proficiency in Shopify, Google Analytics 4, and Attribution tools.
Bonus Points
Dropshipping Background:
We value the "dropshipper mindset"--specifically the ability to test products quickly, manage cash flow aggressively, and pivot creative angles overnight.
Agency Experience:
Experience managing high-spend accounts where creative fatigue is a constant challenge.
