The Role:
Cumming Group are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join our team in the Cardiff office. The Marketing Manager will lead and deliver marketing campaigns, content, and events that support Cumming Group's Infrastructure business goals. This role involves managing end-to-end marketing initiatives, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and deliver regional and sector-specific marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Oversee creation and delivery of marketing content, collateral, and campaigns to ensure brand consistency.
Coordinate events, including logistics, attendee engagement, and post-event reporting.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to review and approve content.
Manage digital marketing activities, including LinkedIn cadence, engagement tracking, and content optimisation.
Support business development through bid and project milestone tracking, identifying marketing opportunities.
Lead internal communications initiatives to ensure timely and engaging delivery.
Prepare and review award submissions and coordinate external agency support when required.
Monitor campaign performance and assist in tracking local marketing budgets.
Develop leadership skills through training and mentorship of junior team members.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing, preferably within the built environment or infrastructure sectors.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience (managing 1-2 direct reports).
Proven ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns and events.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Strategic thinker with client-focused approach and ability to translate goals into actionable marketing plans.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, InDesign, and digital marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Mailchimp).
