Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a Marketing Manager to join the team.

The main purpose of this role is to work with the MD and external agencies to plan, create and distribute engaging content and customer focussed collateral, all with strategic intent.

This is a full-time, permanent role.

Reporting to the Managing Director your responsibilities will include:

• Working with the Managing Director and Divisional Marketing Manager, assist with the creation and implementation of a marketing/brand strategy, building on the global/regional direction.
• Work with internal technical teams and external creative agencies to develop marketing plans and content that align with the brand identities and business objectives.
• Manage the marketing budgets and monitor/report on all marketing activities on a regular basis.
• Lead market research initiatives as required
• Develop and maintain our client bases via the CRM system to implement effective marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Working with and managing external marketing resources.
• Development and implementation of customer experience programmes.
• Strong customer focus experience.
• Broad understanding of digital marketing channels.
• 4 to 5 years marketing experience ideally within the B2B environment.
