Marketing Manager / Ppc Executive
Job Description
Posh Gecko is looking for a high-performing Marketing Manager, with extensive PPC experience to join our growing video production agency. We already work with leading global brands and SMEs across all industries. With your expertise, we will drive further growth in the marketplace and take the agency to the next level.
The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping our entire marketing effort. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Complete control of our Adwords and paid media accounts
- Social channel management
- Marketing strategy creation/delivery for key target audiences across online and offline environments
- Continuous marketplace research and evaluation of our campaigns
- Deliver and utilise analytical reports to help us evolve, split test and grow
- Create and schedule email campaigns and newsletters
- Explore creating a podcast/vlog with assistance from the team
- Liaise with the production team to aid in the creation of marketing material
In summary, we are looking to truly diversify our reach within the marketplace. We want to create campaigns that stretch across every online environment that our clients could be waiting within, and implement fresh ideas to attract interest offline also.
The ideal candidate:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of growth
- 5+ years of PPC campaign management with a proven record of growth
- You're super motivated, always looking to learn, and are up to date with the latest industry trends
- Problem-solving comes naturally to you and you're always ready to make a decision
- Communication and organisational skills are exemplary
The logistics
This is a permanent position with a negotiable salary, dependent on the candidate's experience.
This position is not suitable for remote working and requires the candidate to be based full-time at our studio in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. We offer flexible working hours between the hours of 7am - 7pm, giving you the ability to manage your own day.
