Role Overview



We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded

Marketing Manager

, ideally with experience in the home improvement, glazing, construction, or broader property sector.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising our marketing activities across search, web, and digital channels. The role will involve creating a data-driven marketing strategy in collaboration with our senior management team, who bring deep industry expertise.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working both strategically and tactically.

Key Responsibilities



? Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy in collaboration with senior management.

? Plan and execute search marketing activity (SEO & PPC) to drive high-quality traffic and leads.

? Implement lead nurturing campaigns to support improved lead-to-sale conversion rates.

? Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

? Manage online channels including website, paid ads, search listings, and digital content.

? Oversee campaign execution across digital, social, and offline channels where relevant.

? Ensure all marketing activity aligns with commercial goals and brand positioning.

? Support the optimisation of the Droylsden Glass website for conversion, usability, and user experience.

? Coordinate content creation (blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, social posts, etc.).

? Work with external partners/agencies when required to deliver campaigns and projects.

? Report regularly on KPIs, ROI, and lead performance.

Key Goals for the Role



? Generate leads across all online marketing channels.

? Increase showroom footfall through targeted campaigns and improved visibility.

? Improve lead quality to enhance overall lead-to-sale conversion rates.

Essential Skills & Experience



? Proven experience in a marketing role (Marketing Manager, Senior Executive, Coordinator).

? Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and search engine marketing ecosystems.

? Confident working with analytics, data dashboards, and performance metrics.

? Ability to create structured, data-driven marketing plans.

? Experience aligning marketing activity with commercial objectives.

? Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Skills (Not mandatory -- but beneficial in today's marketing landscape)



? Paid social campaign execution (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

? Social media management and content planning

? Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)

? Website editing or CMS experience (WordPress or similar)

? Email marketing & CRM experience

? Familiarity with conversion rate optimisation

? Experience working in home improvement, construction, or related sectors

? Familiarity with CRM systems
