Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager for Content and Communications, you'll own and deliver high-impact PR and social media strategies that position WorkNest as a leading provider of HR, employment law, health & safety, cyber security, and ISO certification services. You'll have the opportunity to shape how we tell our story, secure media coverage that builds credibility, and grow our online engagement as we come together under the WorkNest brand.


Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Product, and Digital teams, as well as external PR partners and journalists, you'll create and deliver integrated campaigns that enhance our authority in key sectors and drive real business impact.

What we're looking for




We're looking for an experienced PR and Social Media professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll have a proven track record in building media relationships, securing high-quality press coverage, and creating engaging social content that drives brand awareness and trust.


In this role, you'll develop and deliver robust PR and social media strategies aligned to commercial goals, manage media relations, create compelling content, and oversee our social channels to build community and engagement. You'll work closely with subject matter experts to uncover insights and stories, integrate PR and social with wider campaigns, and continuously optimise your approach using analytics and feedback.


Experience in B2B or professional services is essential, along with excellent writing and editing skills, strong stakeholder management, and confidence working with tools such as Google Analytics, Meltwater, and social media insights platforms. Familiarity with SEO, brand consolidation communications, and agency management would be an advantage.
