About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive
Creative Operations Manager
to join the team behind an influencer with a multi-platform presence across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and more.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys managing creative workflows, coordinating content teams, and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day team & content operations
Manage production schedules, campaign timelines, and content calendars
Brief and coordinate with editors, designers, assistants, and other creatives
Ensure all content is delivered on time, on-brand, and aligned with platform best practices
Organise and support shoots, livestreams, and special projects
Streamline processes using tools like Monday.com, Google Drive, Airtable, etc.
Communicate directly with the influencer and team to ensure clarity and momentum
Preferred Experience:
2+ years of experience in creative operations, project management or content production
Strong knowledge of social media and influencer-led content
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Comfortable using project tools like Monday.com, Airtable, Notion, etc.
Clear communicator who can manage multiple projects and priorities
Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and process-driven
Experience in a content or creator-driven environment is a plus
