An office-based role to support the Unova Limited Management Team in building and leading a best-in-class brand-building Marketing Team, that delivers business growth through:
Developing, Leading and managing a Marketing Team
Placing the UL customer first and using the right data to drive the right decision making (intuition and instinct has its place but look to the evidence to support decision making).
Understanding and enhancing the complete end-user experience and work with the other team leaders so that interactions with the customer and end-user are a consistently excellent representation of the brand and business model.
Leading the execution and delivery of day-to-day marketing and brand building activity.
Supporting the Management Team in the development and execution of the UL marketing strategy.
Being a lead contributor in building a customer-first marketing culture within the business across all teams and staff and where our brand is paramount and drives activity.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
2 years' B2B Marketing experience, in which end users purchased indirectly via distributors
Understand the "challenger" mentality and what it takes to grow a brand in a competitive market
Success in managing a team
A great tactician rather than a strategist
Enjoy being a passionate advocate for the brand and is comfortable presenting on video
Numerate and analytical
Confident communicator within a team environment, both face-to-face and via Teams. Is used to dealing directly with Sales colleagues
Know how to be highly visible to Sales (and other) colleagues
Hands-on and not reliant on team of direct reports
Self-starter, who's focused on outcomes and able to overcome minor setbacks along the way
Excel at getting things done on time
Hours:
Monday - Friday 07.30-16.30 in the office
Benefits:
Salary region - 47,000 - 52,000
