Job Description

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team at Kingfisher Shopping Centre. This is a unique opportunity to shape the centre's local marketing strategy, lead engaging events, and enhance the overall guest experience in one of the region's key retail destinations.

What You'll Be Doing:



Develop and deliver an annual marketing strategy aligned with the Kingfisher brand

Manage digital marketing, including social media, website content, and email campaigns

Lead seasonal campaigns and community events (like our Christmas Grotto)

Oversee guest services and enhance the centre's customer experience

Manage local PR, crisis comms, and tenant communications

Build strong relationships with tenants, agencies, and stakeholders

Monitor performance, track KPIs, and manage the marketing budget

Act as Weekend Duty Manager on a rota basis

What We're Looking For:



Proven marketing experience, ideally in retail, leisure or a public-facing environment

Confident with digital platforms, content creation, and performance analytics

Strong organisational and communication skills

Creative mindset with a commercial focus

Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Flexible to work rostered weekends and events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-41,000.00 per year
