Job Description

The Shop of Many Things is an e-commerce brand creating accessories for the tabletop gaming space. We've already had several successful product launches, and now we're looking for a Marketing Manager to help us accelerate our growth.

We're looking for a data-driven, numbers-literate marketing professional to become the foundation of our marketing team. You'll work closely with our creative team, focusing on making sure our marketing is effective and continuously improving.

About the role



You'll be responsible for tracking performance across our marketing channels, running tests, and feeding insights back into how we create and optimise content. Creative skills are welcome but not essential, what matters most is your ability to measure, test, and guide the process with data.

Responsibilities



Strategy

- Develop a robust, data-driven content and testing approach.

Tracking

- Define KPIs, set up analytics, and monitor funnel performance.

Execution

- Manage Meta ads, landing pages, and email flows day-to-day.

Must-have skills



Strong ability to work with and interpret data. Strategic mindset, with a willingness to take smart risks. Self-motivated, with the ability to take ownership and move work forward independently.

Bonus skills



Copywriting. Creative ideation.

This is a full-time contractor position. Compensation will depend on experience.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 20,000.00-40,000.00 per year
