SUMMARY/PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The
Marketing Manager
will play a hands-on role in shaping how the company communicates, engages, and grows. This position is perfect for someone who is scrappy, highly organized, and eager to roll up their sleeves across many marketing disciplines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing tactical marketing activities, supporting product launches, amplifying AdvanceAI's brand presence, and enabling business development through content, campaigns, and tools. They should thrive in a startup environment and be excited about building foundations for marketing excellence.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Launch & Campaign Execution
Drive tactical marketing for product launches, including event support, materials, and communication plans.
Collaborate closely with leadership and client-facing teams to ensure launches land with impact.
Content & Communication
Create, edit, and manage marketing materials, sales collateral, RFP copy, and client-facing decks.
Develop compelling content across channels (social, digital, PR, email).
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage AdvanceAI's digital presence across social platforms and website.
Design, schedule, and optimize posts and campaigns to build engagement and awareness.
Support automated lead generation campaigns to drive demand.
Brand & PR
Support external communications including press releases, announcements, and media outreach.
Protect and elevate the AdvanceAI brand through consistent messaging and design.
Design & Creative
Use tools like Canva/Adobe, AI video editors, or similar to create on-brand assets quickly and cost-effectively.
Graphic design experience is a strong plus.
Budget & Operations
Manage allocated marketing budget effectively and transparently.
Track performance metrics and report on ROI of campaigns and activities.
KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL
Hands-on marketing experience across multiple channels (social, digital, PR, campaigns).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative problem-solver, scrappy, and resourceful with limited budgets.
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, video editing platforms, and standard Microsoft Office suite.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Background in graphic design or strong creative skills.
DESIRABLE
Experience in B2B SaaS or Life Sciences/Pharma sector.
Exposure to automated lead generation tools and CRM platforms.
Experience with RFP or sales enablement content.
