Marketing Manager - A Multi-Faceted Role in Healthcare

Croydon or Remote (with occasional travel) | Full-time | Mid-level

Run My Clinics is a dynamic healthcare group delivering services across TRT, dental, aesthetics, ADHD/ASD assessments, weight loss and medical cannabinoids. We're looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives in a multi-faceted role, comfortable switching between strategy, hands-on execution, and creative content across multiple sectors.

This is a role for someone who wants variety - one day you'll be refining our SEO strategy, the next creating TikToks, building patient campaigns, or updating our WordPress site. You'll start with our TRT services, but your work will quickly expand across our full clinic portfolio.

What you'll do:

Design and run campaigns that drive patient acquisition, leads and brand awareness across multiple healthcare sectors Manage and update our WordPress website Lead our social media presence - Reddit, TikTok and Instagram - with creative, compliant content that connects with different audiences Build and manage a content calendar to keep activity fresh and consistent Apply SEO strategies to improve visibility and organic growth Help launch and manage email marketing campaigns (once introduced) Measure performance and adapt campaigns for maximum impact

What we're looking for:

Mid-level marketing experience (multi-sector or healthcare background a bonus) Confident with WordPress and social media management Strong grasp of SEO and campaign analytics Creative, adaptable and comfortable in a varied role

Photography skills are advantageous

for creating original, engaging content Email marketing knowledge is a plus
