Job Title: Marketing Manager (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid - Part Office / Part Home Based (UK)
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 (DOE)

As we expand, we're looking for a

self-sufficient, highly motivated Marketing Manager

to join our friendly team and play a key role in taking our brand to the next level.

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled marketing professional who is confident working independently, but also knows how to collaborate effectively with a sales team to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Manage and optimise paid Facebook Ad campaigns. Oversee content planning and posting across multiple social media platforms. Create and send targeted email campaigns using email blast software (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar). Analyse marketing performance and provide regular reporting. Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and brand awareness.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within a growing business. Strong skills in

Facebook Ads

social media management

email marketing software

. Ability to take ownership of projects and run them with minimal supervision. Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills. Creative thinker with a results-driven approach.
