Location: WFH with collaborative work in the York office | 35k-40k | 35 hrs/week

Now we need a Marketing Manager who can walk the walk. Someone who gets the value of strong messaging, smart strategy and being first to the punch on social.

What you'll be doing:

Running end to end marketing campaigns that actually deliver results Planning and producing social content that grabs attention (and keeps it) Collaborating with our events, training and sales teams on promotions and brand direction Tracking campaign and social media performance - not just for the numbers, but to make it better Working closely with our in-house designer to bring creative ideas to life Bringing events to life online - from build-up buzz to post-event engagement Keeping our website fresh and relevant (WordPress experience = gold star).
What we're looking for:

Proven experience in marketing, events, or content creation Exceptional writing skills - for web, social and email Know your way around LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram and maybe even TikTok Extremely organised (yes, really). You can juggle, prioritise and still hit deadlines Detail-obsessed. Nothing gets past you and that's a good thing Collaborative and confident - we love team players who speak up Comfortable with data, analytics and optimising on the fly Experience with WordPress? Bonus points An out an out starter finisher.

The details:

Full time: 35 hours per week WFH role with an office York (you'll need to be in the office when required) 35k -40k per hour, depending on experience.
