About this Role



Langley School seeks to recruit a Marketing Manager to lead initiatives across multiple channels, with an initial focus on website development and design and activation of the new marketing strategy, but with involvement across all elements of the marketing function.

The role will be

full time and permanent

, based

3 days per week at Langley Prep School in Taverham

and

2 days per week at Langley Senior School in Loddon

.

This position will be

37.5 hours per week on a 52 week contract

, with a salary scale

SS15 (30,556)

to SS23 (40,833) depending on experience

.

The role reports to the Director of Marketing, Communications and Admissions, and you'll be working closely with staff, agency and freelance colleagues to deliver your objectives.

You'll be working on campaigns that drive growth and engagement. You will deploy your existing expertise to help us refine our understanding of key audiences and you will create depth and connectedness across channels to improve targeting and response from those key audience segments. You will also have an eye for non-fee income, helping the team target businesses and individuals for private lettings and events on site. You will have proven experience in driving and measuring campaign success and will have proven your ability to work with agencies and freelancers to continue to build tests that work. You'll work with our stakeholders both inside and external to the school, and you'll get a real buzz from seeing the impact of your work in action.

Skills & Experience



Analytics platforms such as GA4 (Google Analytics) for report production and recommendation/optimisation planning User experience, with a particular focus on site development for the new Bluebell Nursery website Social media analytics such as the Meta platform, ensuring that optimisation between channels is at target or beyond A drive for optimisation and measurability across each channel, with good understanding as to how each channel works Understanding of the principles of safeguarding and its relevance and importance in relation to use of pupil images and identities. Excellent understanding and application of keyword strategy and SEO Exposure to AI and, preferably, experience that will allow us to understand where and how to use AI in marketing strategy, campaign activation and outreach Strong organisational skills, with attention to deadlines and detail. Preferably some level of project management experience. Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Candidates would be expected to have circa 5-10 years of marketing experience for this role Willingness to be "hands-on" and support other work in the team when required.
