Assist in developing and implementing local brand marketing strategies aligned with global brand guidelines. Support the execution of product launches, promotional activities, and integrated campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to adapt and execute global content for local markets. Coordinate the creation and delivery of social media, video, email, and in-store marketing materials. Work with sales and retail teams to implement effective 360 marketing plans that drive foot traffic and online engagement. Assist in optimising digital marketing efforts, including CRM integration and analytics-driven initiatives. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE: Multiple years of experience in Marketing, with exposure to brand, product, and consumer management. Luxury, Beauty, or high-profile Retail brand experience is preferred. Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in analysing data and leveraging insights for decision-making. An understanding of consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics platforms. A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment.
