Established in 2018, this is now your chance to join us on an exciting high growth journey if you are a creative Marketing Manager and are looking to significantly contribute to the overall marketing strategy and make a real difference.

As a highly driven and strategic marketing professional, you will be responsible for taking ownership and leading broad marketing strategies across two businesses:

Mantis:

Our Business to Business (B2B) brand focused on low-energy and net-zero consultancy and project management projects

My Home Retrofit:

Our Business to Customer (B2C) brand focused on delivering home retrofit services directly to homeowners

You will become an integral part of the business and help drive towards our shared vision 'Meeting the UK's 2050 Net Zero Carbon Targets for Buildings'.

You will be responsible for bringing your creative ideas to life by planning, developing and executing a marketing strategy. You'll also have the opportunity to get hands on with our innovative projects by capturing content that sets our brand tone to improve homes.

WHAT WE OFFER:



Total Compensation Package up to 50,000 to 60,000 (Base + Benefits)



Base Salary up to 45,000 to 55,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:



As our Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of marketing strategy and execution across both our brands each with its own audience, tone, and objectives. Your role will be both strategic and hands-on, covering the full marketing mix from content creation and campaign management to digital strategy and market insight.

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning



Clear Brand Separation: Ensuring each brand has its own voice, look, and message

Shared Reputation Management: maintaining consistent quality and values

Cross-brand Opportunities: Spotting where B2B projects might lead to B2C leads

Take full ownership: Lead the development and execution of the overall brand strategy

2. Audience-Specific Marketing



B2B Focus: long-term relationship building

. Thought leadership (whitepapers, CPD sessions, conference speaking)

. Targeted outreach via LinkedIn, industry journals, trade shows

. Bid/tender documentation and client case studies

B2C Focus: quicker decision-making, more emotional triggers

. Social media ads, Google Ads, SEO for homeowner searches

. Reviews/testimonials, local press coverage

. How-to guides and explainer videos on home improvements or upgrades

3. Content & Campaign Planning



Creation of B2B & B2C content

Campaign calendar management

Capture real project content through site visits to bring authenticity and relevance

4. Lead Generation & Sales Support



B2B: tracking leads through a CRM, supporting directors in nurturing prospects

B2C: higher volume of enquiries, needing fast response systems (web, call, emails)

Run and optimise organic & paid campaigns to drive brand and lead generation

5. Digital Presence



Separate Websites: optimised for each audience's search intent

Social Media Segmentation: LinkedIn for B2B, Facebook/Instagram/TikTok for B2C

Email Marketing: different lists, different tones

Use insights to refine strategies, improve performance, and support business growth

6. Market Intelligence



B2B: monitoring industry policy, funding schemes, competitor capabilities

B2C: tracking consumer trends, seasonal demand spikes, and regional awareness.

Analyse campaign performance and report on KPIs to the management team

Use insights to refine strategies, improve performance, and support business growth

7. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management



Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive materials

Align marketing efforts with sales, operations, and senior leadership for growth

TO BE SUCCESSFUL, THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED:



Minimum 5 years' experience in a broad marketing role (Preferably B2B and B2C) A strong portfolio showing successful campaigns & content across different platforms Ability to confidently lead strategic plans Experience managing lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI Hands on experience with social media management A genuine interest in low-energy and net-zero building solutions Ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong communication to collaborate with internal and external partners
