Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Marketing Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong leadership, and hands-on design and videography skills. This role requires someone who can manage marketing initiatives, design visually appealing assets, oversee social media content, and drive engagement through campaigns across multiple platforms. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and achieving our marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Design high-quality posters, leaflets, banners, and other marketing materials for online and offline use. Plan and execute a daily content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms. Create engaging, on-brand content (video, photo, graphics, captions) tailored to each channel. Manage social media accounts, community engagement, and content scheduling. Oversee email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective messaging and timely delivery. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare detailed reports on marketing performance metrics using Excel.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Strong design skills for creating posters, leaflets, banners, and digital assets. Proficiency in

Canva

and

Premiere Pro

(or equivalent video editing software). Familiarity with

CapCut

is a bonus. Experience in social media management and email marketing platforms. Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social algorithms. Familiarity with WordPress or Wix for website management is desirable. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a creative eye for trends, visuals, and brand storytelling. Proven experience in a marketing management or content-focused role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
