The Job:
We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented professional with experience in media and print. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, can manage multiple priorities, and works effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
This is an office-based role at our head office in Sudbury, Suffolk. Applicants should be within a reasonable commuting distance or able to reliably travel to the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update content across social media platforms.
Organise and maintain digital files using tools such as Dropbox.
Assist with print projects, including design support and production coordination.
Support day-to-day media tasks, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with other team members to meet deadlines and project goals.
Skills and Experience:
Experience with social media management and content creation.
Proficiency with Dropbox or similar cloud-based file management systems.
Experience with print media or production processes.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
