We're expanding our B2B marketing efforts and are looking for a proactive and experienced

Marketing Office Administrator

to join our Client Success business team.

Role Overview



As a Marketing Office Administrator

, you'll support the development and maintenance of marketing content for our B2B audience. A key part of your role will involve gathering leads and contact data to support targeted outreach and marketing campaigns

.

As well as providing office administration support. You'll be working in our offices in Harlow Essex, with the option of working one day at home after a probationary period.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct research and gather data for sales outreach and lead generation initiatives.

Support content marketing and email marketing initiatives targeting business clients

Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics

Liaising with the sales team in relation to customer orders

Managing all unsubscribes from mailshots, ensuring client base is clean

Support daily office operations: answering phone calls, managing emails, and directing enquiries to the appropriate personnel

Ideal Candidate



Proven experience in marketing administration and lead generation through data research and analysis.

Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all tasks and communications.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as CRM Systems (Salesforce)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Minimum typing speed of 35+ wpm

A proactive and collaborative approach to work

Salary: 30,000 per annum



Hours: Office based: Mon-Fri. 8.15am - 4.45pm



Holidays: 23 days plus bank holidays
