Permanent, office based location UnitA3-A5 Blacknest Industrial Estate, near Farnham/Alton, GU34 4PX

Part time - flexible hours, 20-25 hours, preferably 5 mornings per week, preferably immediate start

Salary - 12,500 - 15,500

Sealfix is a family run company established in 1997 and a national market leader in supplying the glazing and building industries.

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic marketing & office administrator to join our friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes supporting in the office environment and wants an entry level marketing role. You will be responsible for producing flyers to be posted on social media platforms, creating email campaigns and a monthly special offer for customers. The role will include assisting with the day to day running of the office including accounting tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the team. The role is varied and an ability to do your job accurately and timely is paramount.

You must be an excellent communicator, comfortable on the phone and with an attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision. Full training will be given.

Key accountabilities

Assist in creating and updating content on multiple platforms, including website, social media accounts, and email Maintaining a marketing database Assist with some basic bookkeeping tasks Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team Understanding company product and brand General office duties Create and update records and databases Take care of website functions and social media profiles Manage phone calls and correspondence Assist colleagues where necessary Maintain a positive and friendly company image
Person Specification

Excellent organization and attention to detail Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Strong technical skill, especially in Microsoft Office applications, digital marketing software, and social media platforms Creativity Experience as an office administrator would be an advantage
