Our staff, split between our offices just outside Kirkby Lonsdale & our office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, are a dynamic mix of product, production, sales & customer specialists who thrive on a supportive, friendly atmosphere.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a forward-thinking, commercially minded Marketing Officer who is interested in joining a B2B sales & service team for whom the customer is at the heart of the operation. Experienced in B2B account-led marketing your role will be:

Strategy: working with the directors to develop an overall marketing strategy based on a balance of brand management and customer activation activities

Market Intelligence: conducting detailed research into the furniture industry, its players and our potential customers

Sales Information: monitoring our existing customer base and sales figures to maximise commercial performance and to feed information to our sales agents to maximise opportunities

Websites: oversight and development of our company websites

Events: arranging our regular trade shows & promotional events

Socials: developing and monitoring our presence across social and other platforms, understanding what's working and be able to turn insights into actions

Content & Creative: production of promotional literature and content, working with photography & other imagery for promotional purposes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education to degree level with a qualification in marketing and/or business

A minimum of 3-4 years experience in B2B marketing

Strong inter-personal, communication and clear, persuasive storytelling skills

A fierce attention to detail

A love of detailed research

Graphics skills (preferred)

Software knowledge: Microsoft Office, Canva, Shopify and other website builders (all essential) Photoshop or similar (preferred)

Comfortable with CRM systems

Extensive LinkedIn use and knowledge

Smart, ethical use of AI for research, image generation and workflow acceleration (we value human-led brand voice)
