Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Spa Liverpool

We are seeking a dynamic and creative

Marketing Officer

to join our team at the DoubleTree by Hilton Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead and deliver impactful marketing campaigns across our hotel, restaurants, spa, and events business.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive room bookings, restaurant covers, spa treatments, weddings, conferences, and private events. Manage digital presence, including website content, SEO, social media, and email campaigns. Develop engaging content and visuals that reflect our brand values and attract new customers. Work closely with the sales and events teams to create targeted promotions and packages. Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and report on ROI. Build relationships with local businesses, media outlets, and influencers to enhance brand awareness. Support the development of seasonal campaigns and special events.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality, leisure, or retail. Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management and paid advertising. Creative flair with excellent copywriting and content creation abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and adjust strategies. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the Liverpool market is an advantage.
