at least once a week for team catch-ups and planning sessions, and more frequently during specific periods, such as new product launches, as business needs dictate.*

About Us



We are a small, multi-brand business operating in retail, hospitality, and e-commerce. We manage a variety of projects, from launching consumer products to running cafes and online stores. We're looking for someone who can help us manage marketing and operations across our different brands in a structured and practical way.

About the Role



This is a hands-on role combining project management, marketing operations, and strategy execution. You will work closely with the founders and manage creatives to ensure plans turn into action.

You'll be responsible for scoping out projects (like new product launches or store campaigns), break them into actionable tasks, assign deadlines, and follow through. You'll be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, whether it's a seasonal cafe campaign or preparing a product for its e-commerce launch.

Key Responsibilities



Project Management:

Plan, structure, and track progress across projects and campaigns using tools (like Asana).

Marketing Ops:

Coordinate content calendars, ad schedules, and asset creation workflows across Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, and email.

Team Coordination:

Liaise with creatives, store teams, and external partners to ensure smooth execution and communication.

Execution Support:

Prepare briefs, review assets, check timelines, and help turn strategic ideas into structured workflows.

E-commerce & Amazon:

Ideally, you'll have experience with Amazon or Amazon-branded storefronts -- or at least the willingness to dive in and learn quickly.

Optimisation:

Suggest process improvements to keep us lean, responsive, and efficient.

You've worked in project management, content ops, or marketing coordination. You thrive on turning ideas into deliverables.
