The successful candidate will support both operational functions and marketing activities, including content creation and student engagement. Strong clerical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. Proficiency in Google Suite and QuickBooks is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for students.
Liaise with international team members to enhance workflows and efficiency.
Support student recruitment, outreach, scheduling, and onboarding processes.
Manage and grow the organisation's presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Create and edit engaging short-form video content (e.g., reels, stories) to support marketing and outreach.
Design digital assets and promotional materials using Canva and other tools.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Prior administrative experience is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
High attention to detail with a focus on producing quality work.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
Interest or experience in content creation is desirable.
