In this role, you will manage the onboarding and offboarding of Marketing team members, support the Head of Marketing in overseeing relationships with suppliers and third-party partners, and assist sector marketing teams with print materials, incentives, events, and other key operational tasks as needed.
Key accountabilities
Lead the onboarding of new members to the Marketing team, liaising with and coordinating the rest of the team and business as appropriate.
Support the Head of Marketing with any presentation material for the MDU's corporate induction, as appropriate.
Support the Head of Marketing, marketing teams and the Procurement team with the review and management of marketing suppliers and third parties.
Support the Head of Marketing and Senior Marketing Managers with internal communications updates about marketing plans and performance.
Support the Head of Marketing and Senior Marketing Managers with internal KPIs and dashboards for marketing performance.
Support the marketing team by liaising with the Data team to create and optimise marketing intelligence reports and dashboards.
Be the lead contact for our print supplier, managing the stock portal and supporting the marketing teams with all their print needs.
Support the Senior Marketing Executive (Learn & Develop) with the set up and logistics for MDU, DDU and MDU Insurance Solutions events.
Be the go-to person for managing all generic gifts and incentives.
Experience, knowledge, skills and qualifications
The post holder should possess excellent organisation, project management, collaboration and communication skills, and be detail orientated. They should be tech savvy. They should excel at making processes better.
