Your opportunity



Project Management
Define project scope, create timelines and manage budgets for MarTech projects Ensure requirements are gathered from all relevant stakeholders Work closely with marketing, IT, procurement, compliance and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of MarTech initiatives Communicate project progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders, including business leaders Monitor progress, identifying and resolving roadblocks, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Identify opportunities to optimize MarTech processes and improve project delivery Analyze project performance and provide insights to inform future MarTech initiatives Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills


Strong project management skills and familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make recommendations based on project performance Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to view conflicts and issues from multiple perspectives, and keep the "big picture" in focus to seek resolution Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline driven environments Professional written and verbal communication skills Resourceful, pragmatic and solutions-oriented mindset




Nice to have skills


3-5 years experience in a project management role Knowledge of various MarTech tools, platforms and integrations (e.g. CRM, sales enablement, workflow tools, DAMs, etc.) Familiarity with marketing production processes and requirements Experience using process mapping tools: LucidChart, Viso
