Role Overview

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Support professional to ensure smooth stock management, fulfilment, and logistical coordination across our Marketing and Sales activities. This role suits someone highly organised, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Sales Operations

Manage stock levels of marketing, promotional, and merchandising materials. Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure timely replenishment and accurate stock flow. Prepare and dispatch orders for retailers, Brand Ambassadors, influencers, and events. Source and procure marketing products, POS assets, and event-related materials.

Promoter & Event Support

Provide promoters with the necessary stock and POS for in-store activities. Coordinate logistics for trade fairs, PR activations, and event kits. Oversee compliance and batch management for reworks and kitting.

Reporting & Administration

Monitor stock accuracy, discrepancies, and logistics-related costs. Maintain accurate data and records in ERP systems (SAP or similar). Support internal teams by resolving operational or fulfilment issues promptly.

Skills & Experience

1-3 years in marketing operations, logistics, supply chain support, or a similar role. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar) preferred. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident with Excel/Google Sheets for stock tracking and reporting. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with 3PLs or distribution partners is beneficial. Interest in beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors is a plus.
