Marketing & Outreach Intern

to help us identify and engage potential care home clients and expand our business reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and compile a database of care homes and healthcare facilities in target regions Assist in creating and sending marketing emails, proposals, and company profiles Manage and grow the company's presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook Draft outreach messages for emails, LinkedIn, and cold calls Track responses from potential clients and maintain follow-up schedules Help create and schedule social media posts, flyers, and digital brochures Analyze outreach performance and suggest improvements Collaborate with the recruitment team to align marketing and staffing efforts

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of digital marketing and B2B outreach Proficient in using tools like Excel, Google Workspace, Canva, or Mailchimp (a plus) Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn Comfortable with research and administrative tasks
