Digilegal exists to give better access to legal services for everyone. Our pioneering legal tech startup specialises in wills, estate planning and protecting elderly and vulnerable adults.

We collaborate with the charity and finance sectors, prioritizing top-quality service and peace of mind for our consumers and business partners.

Location & contract



Location:

Hybrid (home + Platf9rm Brighton + occasional filming days in Brighton)

Contract:

Full-time, permanent

Hours:

37.5 per week (flexible; some filming may be daytime office hours)

Salary & package



Base:

32,000-42,000

Bonus:

10-20% tied to quarterly KPIs (content cadence, MQLs, signed partners)

Budget:

1-2k starter kit (mic/lights/tripod/gimbal) + software subs (CapCut/Adobe, Buffer/Later, Canva)

The role



Create and manage our own

editorial calendar

and

weekly social video

program, repurpose natively for each platform, manage scheduling + engagement, and build a

B2B referral channel

(HR/benefits, charities, IFAs, hospices, funeral directors). Report on results and iterate.

What you'll do



Plan the

content schedule

(topics, hooks, scripts, compliance checks)

Shoot & edit

short/long-form; create platform-native cut-downs, captions & thumbnails

Publish/schedule

and handle comments/ DMs professionally Build a

partner pipeline

: target list, outreach, meetings, simple referral terms, co-branded assets Keep an

awards/events

calendar; draft entries and coordinate assets

Report weekly

: reach/engagement ? MQLs ? landing-page CVR; propose A/B tests Be a

brand advocate

with sensitivity to vulnerable clients; gain consent for testimonials

You should have



3-6 years in social/content marketing with

hands-on video editing

(mobile/desktop) Evidence of owning plan ? shoot ? edit ? publish with measurable outcomes Comfort on-camera or directing founders; strong hooks/CTAs and plain-English writing Outbound outreach experience (email/LinkedIn) and light CRM habits Analytics fluency (platform insights, GA4 basics); test-and-learn culture Light design skills (Canva/Figma) and tidy documentation

Nice to have:

legal/financial/charity comms, webinars, simple marketing automation/CRM, paid social basics.
