THE ROLE

As Marketing Partnerships Manager, you will lead all marketing and brand activity for Aethos London Shoreditch -- driving awareness, engagement, and revenue across rooms, FB, membership, and wellness.



Working closely with the Aethos Brand Team, you will define and execute our local marketing strategy, oversee all campaigns and content, and cultivate partnerships that anchor Aethos within the Shoreditch creative community. You'll balance creativity with commercial rigor - ensuring every initiative builds our brand equity and delivers measurable ROI.



Our brand success is defined by how we make people feel - both guests members, our community and our team. The way we communicate, present, and collaborate must always evoke that feeling of belonging, creativity, and excellence. Every touchpoint, digital or physical, must be brand-aligned and emotionally resonant.

ABOUT YOU

Minimum 5 years' experience in lifestyle, hospitality, or luxury brand marketing. Proven ability to translate brand vision into measurable marketing success. Strong network in London's creative, media, and lifestyle scenes. Commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and measuring ROI. Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and culturally attuned -- comfortable working in a fast-paced, opening environment.
