Duties



Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives, with a focus on B2B marketing strategies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. Oversee social media management across various platforms, creating engaging content and analysing engagement metrics. Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and optimise content for search engines using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads. Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, segmentation, and performance analysis. Utilise Adobe Photoshop and WordPress to create visually appealing content and maintain the company website. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives effectively, demonstrating leadership and management skills. Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to communicate campaign performance and strategic insights to stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with external partners and clients through effective communication and B2B engagement.

Requirements



Proven experience in marketing roles with a solid understanding of B2B marketing principles. Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email marketing tools. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently using excellent organisational skills. Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams or projects. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making. Knowledge of IT systems relevant to digital marketing platforms and tools. Creative flair combined with strong copywriting skills for content creation across multiple channels. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining effective time management. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
