We are looking to recruit a

Marketing Planner

to join our UK Marketing & Sales team on a hybrid basis, working at least 1 day per week based at our

Woking

office.


Please note this is a fixed term contract (18 months), working full time (35 hours per week)


As

a Marketing Planner,

you will be developing, designing and planning detailed tactical multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns that support the delivery of the marketing student recruitment strategies for a student or business need. You will play a crucial role in making sure marketing strategies turn into actionable, well-organised plans, ensuring campaigns are manageable and continually reviewed to ensure they achieve the campaign targets.


You will be collaborative, innovative and positive - with experience and a proven background of developing and implementing marketing plans to support an organisation's strategic plan, across a range of channels.


As our Marketing Planner you will:




Develop, design and plan detailed multi-channel plans for marketing campaigns, including digital, social, email, content, events and offline channels, which include timelines, goals and resources needed. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather input and insight to develop the plan. Plan and develop schedules, as well as assign responsibilities and deadlines to keep campaigns on track. Analyse and continually monitor the performance and effectiveness of marketing campaign performance by collecting data and analytics

We are looking for people who are/have:




Proven ability to achieve campaign targets / goals and deliver projects within timescales and to budgets. Exemplary communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally. Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy, especially in challenging situations. Media agency experience and management. Experience creating detailed reports using analytics tools and providing recommendations based on the results.
