The Opportunity

Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic

Marketing Professional

to join our collaborative and friendly team.

You will work closely with our sales team to drive growth through effective marketing strategies; help maintain and enhance & manage our online presence and support customer engagement through targeted campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the company website: product set up. Content management, asset organisation, CRO and troubleshooting. Develop and implement a long-term SEO strategy to drive organic traffic. Coordinate digital activity with broader marketing campaigns, content, and CRM strategies. Analise and report on digital performance and website KPIs (e.g. traffic, bounce rate, conversions, session duration). Optimise website functionality, UX/UI features, and third-party integrations. Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to support business growth. Enhance our digital presence across web, SEO, and social media platforms. Lead email marketing campaigns aimed at customer retention, engagement, and revenue growth. Manage all social media platforms. Create impactful marketing literature for digital and print use. Attend industry trade shows, events, and webinars as a brand representative. Assist Sales team with customer engagement and lead conversion.

Essential Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in e-commerce or technical/manufacturing sectors). Demonstrable experience in PPC, SEO, display ads, and affiliate marketing. Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics or similar platforms. Website management experience, including troubleshooting and performance optimisation. Experience with email marketing platforms, customer segmentation, and performance analysis. Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. Creative thinking and attention to detail, especially with layout, visual design, and branding. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to work both independently and collaboratively. Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strategic mindset. Familiarity with B2B marketing and CRM platforms is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. Experience using web analytics tools, marketing automation software, and CRM systems. A strong SEO mindset and the ability to act on performance data to refine strategy.
