Role Summary & Purpose:




As

Marketing Delivery Lead

within the Retail Centre of Excellence for Convenience at Bestway Retail in York, working within the central marketing function, the role focuses on end-to-end project co-ordination -from planning through to execution -ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners.


You'll focus on delivering key shopper and retailer marketing assets, including POS materials, consumer leaflets, brochureware, and local marketing, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of all collateral to support our shoppers and retailers. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to prioritise competing deadlines, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. It is well suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving projects forward through clear co-ordination and effective team alignment.


What You'll Do / Key Accountabilities:




Actively contributing to retailer collateral such as leaflets and brochureware Play a key role in delivering how the company's own-brand solution(s) come to life in our company owned estate stores through POS and other collateral. Create detailed artwork briefs and ensure high standards are maintained. Proof documents, copy, and images with exceptional attention to detail. Create and execute brand-led, promotional content to drive footfall and sales. Work cross-functionally to align campaign planning with business priorities. Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth project delivery. Co-ordinate asset delivery, approvals, and uploads, ensuring no delays to launch timelines. Providing accurate communication support when required. Support budget tracking, reporting, and invoice reconciliation in line with campaign delivery.

What We're Looking For:




Involvement in the creation and innovation of developing new and bespoke printed collateral Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and timelines effectively. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience. Comfortable working with data and project reporting tools (e.g. spreadsheets, project trackers). Experience working on projects with a positive, solutions-focused mindset and confidence working independently or as part of a team. A team player who thrives on collaboration and keeping others informed and aligned.
