The Role
As a Marketing & Sales Consultant you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team, helping buyers find their dream homes and guiding sellers through successful transactions. With uncapped commission, fully funded industry qualifications, and a supportive team, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career in the property sector.
Your responsibilities will include:
Front of house for in-bound members of the public
Marketing management - Onboarding new listings - Monitor all online listings, creating compelling marketing materials to showcase our properties effectively and create eye catching marketing material for our showroom.
Attend vendor premarket meetings building a rapport and create compelling marketing materials to showcase properties effectively
Negotiating offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients
Registering applicants and booking valuations
Arranging property viewings
Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers--both in person and over the phone
General administrative support
Providing expert guidance to clients throughout the buying and selling process
Delivering timely feedback to sellers to keep them informed

What we're looking for:
Proven experience in Sales with a flare for marketing
A results-driven individual who thrives on exceeding targets
A confident communicator with a professional and positive attitude
A motivated self-starter who enjoys working in a competitive environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
A passion for property and a commitment to career development
A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle (45p per mile paid)
