Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a web agency management professional to join our small and growing Wokingham-based web agency that punches well above its weight.

You'll be responsible for filling our sales pipeline with quality leads and helping drive business growth; planning our internal marketing; from messaging, to campaign planning, execution, and measurement.

You'll report directly to our director, manage the company marketing budget and work to defined KPIs. If you can work independently, implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, you'll love life as our Marketing Manager.

We're a small team with ambition, so there's plenty of opportunity for growth and for the right person to excel and mould the role and the business.

Essential



Minimumof 2 years experience of Marketing management Demonstrable track record with the full process from planning to successful execution and Return on Investment Knowledge of Google Analytics and ability to create clear and useful reports Experience running Google and social Ads campaigns Experience with email marketing and segmentation Excellent copywriting skills Highly organised with flawless attention to detail

Desirable



Knowledge of WordPress Digital agency experience is strongly desired, although not essential. Good knowledge of SEO

As you'll be part of a small company and will, at the very least have to talk to us, occasionally, you will need to be a team player with a good sense of humour and it's extremely important that you fit in with our team.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
