About Us:



We are Scotland's number one signage and wrapping company! We operate from our brand-new, custom-built HQ in Newbridge, Edinburgh. We cover all of the UK and we work with start up businesses through to large national contracts and brand roll outs. We manufacture, print and produce 99% of our goods in house giving us full control and exceptional quality.

About the Role:



Marketing - responsible for creating & executing the marketing plan, producing creative output and undertaking of impactful and engaging brand building marketing initiatives to ensure a seamless multi-channel strategy which drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Sales - responsible for outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills as well as being highly organised and efficient at prioritising.

What you will be doing:



Create and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with the overarching business objectives and targets with oversight from our Senior Management Team.

Work within our marketing budget, tracking ROI and optimising spend for maximum impact.

Develop & evolve our brand identity.

Manage and oversee paid digital marketing campaigns.

Monitor, review, and report on all marketing initiatives and spending.

Produce high quality and on-brand written content for social media, email marketing and blog content, taking an active creative and writing role.

Ensure a consistent, vibrant and engaging voice across all channels.

Routinely share insights, progress, results, learnings, and relevant industry trends, with our management team.

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services with the main goal of arranging site visits for our Project managers.

Engage with customers in a professional manner, addressing their needs and answering any questions they may have.

Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes achieved, and customer interaction.

Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of interested leads for further engagement.

Meet or exceed daily call targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

During busy times, emphasis will be on marketing campaigns and during slower periods focus will be on sales calls.

Stay informed about our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.

Additional Skills:



Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Solid IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Adobe Creative Suite and art working skills - essential

Marketing tools (CRM, analytics platforms, and automation tools) - preferred not essential

Basic level of photography, video production and editing for social media content.

Proficient in various social media platforms, understanding engagement, algorithms and ai.

Pay: 25 to 30k PA
