Responsibilities


About the Team The Logistics Marketing & Seller Acquisition team at TikTok Shop plays a key role in educating and empowering sellers across the UK and EU. We support go-to-market launches, lead generation, operational readiness, and seller enablement through clear, engaging content. As our scope rapidly expands to cover new markets and fulfilment models, we are looking for an intern to help us scale our content output and deepen our seller understanding. This internship will be project based. Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. We encourage you to apply as early as possible. Responsibilities As an intern, you'll be at the heart of our content and research efforts, supporting the team with: - Content Creation & Localisation: Develop and adapt user-facing assets (how-to guides, email campaigns, site banners, slide decks) that resonate with diverse audiences. - Seller Research & Insights: Conduct interviews, design surveys, and synthesize insights to uncover seller pain points and opportunities. - Campaign & Documentation Support: Help prepare internal playbooks, coordinate campaign launches, and track performance metrics. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - product, operations, and regional marketing - to ensure every piece of content is accurate, engaging, and impactful.


Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing an Bachelor/Master in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, graduating on or after 2026, eligible to work in the UK, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 16 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; - A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for turning insights into action. Preferred Qualifications - Based in London and available for a full-time internship, able to start in August or September; - Additional European languages (Spanish, German, French, Italian) highly desirable to support cross-market projects; - Exceptional writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail; - Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment; - Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).
