Duties

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create compelling content that reflects the brand's voice and engages the audience. Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities. Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media tools to maintain a competitive edge. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality visual content.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management or a related field. Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content. Familiarity with SEO best practices is an advantage but not essential.
