We are looking for a

Marketing & Social Media Assistant

to join our

specialty coffee & brunch team

in London. This is an

on-site role inside the cafe

-- combining authentic content creation for

Instagram Reels/Stories

with hands-on cafe service (serving customers, making coffees, capturing moments in action).

Duties

Create

Instagram-first content

(Reels, Stories, posts) during service -- latte art, behind-the-scenes prep, staff moments, customer interactions (with consent) for the cafe. Post and manage daily content on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Engage with customers both online (DMs, comments) and in-person in the cafe. Help with promotion and starting up a new page for our new branch opening nearby in Kensington. Track and report simple performance metrics (reach, saves, shares, engagement). Help with in-cafe activations (new menu launches, brunch events, collabs). Provide excellent customer service -- taking orders, making coffees, supporting the team.
Requirements (Applications without these will not be considered)

Active, public Instagram portfolio

with Reels examples you've personally created relevant to the role. Comfortable being

on camera

and creating content naturally while serving.

Hospitality or retail service experience

(cafe, brunch, coffee, or similar). Weekend availability -- brunch service is our busiest time. Creativity, reliability, and ability to adapt between service and content.
Nice-to-have

Specialty coffee knowledge (barista basics, latte art). Food/coffee content creation experience. Basic use of Instagram Insights/TikTok analytics.
(30 hours a week)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 22,000.00-25,000.00 per year
