The Role

We're looking for

motivated, confident, and creative women

to join the Social Sister team as

Self-Employed Social Media & Marketing Executives.

This role is perfect for those who already have an understanding of social media, content creation, and sales and want to turn that passion into income, growth, and long-term success.

You'll work alongside the Social Sister team on real business accounts -- creating, managing, and selling marketing packages while building your own portfolio and personal brand.

What You'll Do

Create and manage content for clients (photo, video, reels, captions, stories). Pitch and sell

Social Sister marketing packages

to new clients. Build relationships with brands in beauty, aesthetics, and lifestyle industries. Attend weekly content shoots and creative sessions. Develop your own personal brand and online presence. Learn to close sales, manage clients, and deliver high-value marketing results. Collaborate with the Social Sister team for growth strategies and mentorship.

Training & Mentorship

You'll receive full guidance directly from

Jodie Morris

, founder of Social Sister -- learning real marketing strategies, branding, and content creation systems that convert.
Each team member will work closely with Jodie to strengthen their skills, grow their confidence, and build their own profitable portfolio.

A minimum

3-month commitment

is required to invest your time into growth, skill development, and brand building.

Earning Potential

This is a

commission-based, self-employed role

-- ideal for women who want uncapped earning potential and freedom.

You'll earn

40% commission

on each sale you make.
With average packages of 1,500 per client and 5-7 clients per month, you could be earning:

36,000 - 50,000+ per year (uncapped)
