Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and versatile professional to support our business development and marketing activities. This role will combine marketing, social value reporting, and bid writing, offering the opportunity to make a direct impact on both our brand and our ability to secure new contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
Create engaging content for our website, social media, and marketing campaigns
Develop case studies, brochures, and newsletters showcasing our projects and people
Support the delivery of internal and external communications
Social Value
Coordinate and track the company's social value initiatives, including community engagement, sustainability, and apprenticeship programmes
Collate data and produce reports to demonstrate social impact for clients and bids
Identify opportunities for further social value activity in line with company goals
Bid Writing
Support the preparation of PQQs, tenders, and bid submissions
Gather information from across the business to write clear, compelling responses
Maintain a library of bid content, case studies, and social value examples
Skills & Experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in marketing, content creation, or bid writing (ideally within construction, FM, or related industries, but not essential)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Good attention to detail and a proactive approach
Familiarity with social value reporting or corporate responsibility is desirable
